Whatsxcope stores account, workspace, contact, message, billing, and audit data needed to operate the service for each workspace.

Workspace administrators control team access, API keys, webhooks, connected channels, and notification destinations from the dashboard and admin console.

Operational logs are retained to support delivery review, security review, usage reporting, and support requests. Access to these records is limited by role and workspace membership.
